“My family and I highly recommend Bridges Montessori school. My daughter was in the toddler program this year and absolutely loved it! She had the opportunity to explore lots of different learning areas as well as lots of time to play outside and get dirty! For instance, she really improved in practical life skills and learning her letters, colors, sounds, and textures. She also learned about plants, animals, and really loved learning about maps and globes! She improved in being able to use the potty and to take care of herself more independently than before. “ My children have been at Bridges for the past three years. I love the sense of community they experience- my kids know all of the teachers and the teachers know them, and they know the names of all of the other children in the school, even those much younger. I am grateful that the teachers lead lessons on important social justice topics in ways that are developmentally appropriate. In addition, I appreciate how much attention is paid to the children taking care of themselves, their materials, and their space. This focus translates at home to our children getting themselves dressed, cleaning up after themselves, and eagerly contributing to preparing meals. Finally and most importantly, I cannot say enough positive things about the teachers.
